Indianapolis, IndianaOneAmerica is seeking leaders for a dynamic, expanding internal sales organization. We need sales-oriented, energetic people who desire significant growth potential as part of a sales organization increasing sales by double digits year over year.
The Supervisor, Internal Sales is responsible for leading the internal sales team for our brokerage distribution channel. The position is expected to drive superior sales results by building an effective team, providing ongoing sales coaching, coordinating sales activities with ongoing marketing efforts, and aligning the tools and systems necessary to empower the team for success.
The Supervisor, Internal Sales will build their team through effective recruiting, training, and auditing. They will be accountable for developing the product knowledge and implementing procedures and process improvements to support their team.
• College degree required
• Life and Health license within 6 months
• Sales experience required.
• Ideal candidate will have both Sales Leadership experience and Care Solutions product expertise, but must possess at least one to be considered.
