The Regional VP, Sales (Retirement Services) is responsible for retirement services product sales activity within the central territory and target market. This role will manage a sales force and drive growth objectives, new sales channels, sales and service quality, relationships, ethics and market conduct. The position provides day-to-day supervision of direct sales reports including communication of company strategy, vision, goals and standards. This individual will report directly to the Small-Mid Segment Leader.

The Regional VP, Sales provides feedback to the home office on broker and client satisfaction levels, market trends, and product development needs. The role will collaborate with other divisions within OneAmerica to promote the sales and service of OneAmerica Retirement Services products.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of sales experience within retirement services. Experience managing a regional or national retirement services sales team is preferred. A Series 6 and Life Insurance license are required. A Series 63 is preferred. The candidate may reside in a boardering state to Indiana, but will ideally be based in Indianapolis.
