As a member of the Retirement Services team at One America, you would join other professionals in servicing for-profit, tax-exempt, and governmental retirement plans. Our focus with each team member is to support professional career opportunities, growth, development, accountability, and teamwork.
Servicing activities would include but are not limited to:
• Proactive outreach to plan sponsors and administrators
• Timely communications on regulatory filings
• Problem solving for plan sponsors and participants
• Partnering with other teams and departments to deliver exceptional internal and external experiences
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, or, Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience in retirement plans or financial accounting, legal, audit, planning, or asset management; or, 4 years related experience in retirement plans or financial accounting, legal, audit, planning, or asset management.
Experience in retirement plan servicing and cross-tested plan design is strongly preferred.
QKA; QPA; CEBS; RPA; or, CFP® suggested.
