The Transition Manager is accountable for leading clients, advisor/consultants, and vendors through the implementation process when converting accounts onto our Group Annuity and NAV platforms. This includes all defined customer segments and is essential for the smooth implementation in managing and on boarding new clients/accounts as well as de-converting/closing accounts for clients going to outside providers.
The Transition Managers coordinate and manage the entire implementation process, working closely with clients as well as internal transition associates and all applicable business units within Retirement Services and our Trust & Custody partners. This role must effectively implement the ongoing operational processing and services accordingly and adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory rules.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in retirement, institutional, relationship management or participant accounting
- In-depth knowledge of participant accounting processes and their application to conversion practices
