In this position, you are responsible for guiding agents through the complexities of financial, legal, tax and estate planning concepts. You will help with case design and consultation. This includes analyzing a client's financial position, helping assess needs and offering the appropriate solution.



This is an individual contributor role based at the OneAmerica Tower in Indianapolis, Indiana. The individual in this role must be able to simplify advanced and complex sales concepts. You will be expected to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, the analysis of life insurance and asset-based long term care products. You must be open and available for travel although it will not be frequent.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities




  • Work with agents and their staff on client case design and advanced sales concepts. 

  • Maintain broad knowledge of life insurance and asset-based long term care landscape, illustration software, marketing resources, sales ideas and advanced markets planning techniques and strategies. 

  • Present and speak at various OneAmerica or agency events.

  • Provide training and conduct webinars.

  • Respond to inquiries and needs of field sales people.



  • CPA or JD preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in life insurance, advanced markets and case design. 

  • Willingness to take initiative, exhibit creative thinking and take ownership of cases and projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimal travel but ability to do so is required.
