This position will reside in the Indianapolis office and provide quoting and proposal support to all Regional Group Offices and any standalone sales offices used by Group Sales. This position will be responsible for receiving enrollment packet requests, building the sold plan designs in AUL Desktop Application, and delivering quality output to brokers, policyholders, and/or appropriate member of the Sales Team. This position may also work with Underwriting and other members of the Administration team to ensure plans sold are issued appropriately. This position will also become a subject matter expert on AUL Desktop Application and assist with testing quarterly enhancements, training and documentation, and gathering requirements for a new enrollment application. This position may also provide quoting assistance, broker training, and enrollment support for our 2-99 program.


Responsibilities:
1. Interpret enrollment material requests and build the sold plan design in the AUL Desktop Application.

2. Interact with members of the Sales Team, Underwriting, Administration, Corporate Support Services, brokers and employers to ensure quality deliverables using pre-established protocol and procedures.

3. Provide quoting assistance, broker training and enrollment support for our 2-99 program.

4. Perform AUL Desktop enhancement testing, gather requirements for new system, and assist with documentation and training on use of the system.

5. Other sales support duties as assigned.
Some college preferred, or equivalent office administration experience

Experience Required:
- 4-6 years office administration experience.

- Personal computer skills including Excel and Word are required

- Must be performance driven while maintaining a high level of accuracy

- The ability to adapt to an ever changing environment based on the departmental/company needs

- Candidate should be able to perform in a fast paced environment that is deadline driven
