Indianapolis, IndianaThe Leadership Development Director is responsible for fostering the development of OneAmerica's people leaders to help build an empowered and accountable talent pool. Major duties and responsibilities include creating and delivering programs to engage and retain all levels of leadership. Leading the design and implementation of programs that supply the organization with strong leaders at frontline, mid-level, and executive levels. Responsible for identifying, engaging, developing and introducing leadership talent into the talent pipeline for all leadership level roles. Consults with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of management training programs.
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree in learning & development, organizational development or human resources is preferred. 7 years of experience in leadership development required; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Experience developing and facilitating leadership development sessions. Must have at least 3 years' experience working with leaders in the C-suite and/or consulting role that utilized strong partnering relationships with leaders across multiple levels. Leadership certifications and/or executive coaching certifications preferred.
