Supervise RFP team and support talent development (manage workload and opportunity vetting, support individual development through one-on-one training, management reporting)
Strategic planning and process improvement (coordinate with internal teams, manage process documents, training, and new initiatives)
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders – RSDs and RMs (to develop RFP strategy and promote collaboration) and SMEs (to increase industry / product knowledge)
Maintain Qvidian and Power BI databases
Other Duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree required in addition to supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft office; relevant industry and/or RPF experience; excellent communication, writing and editing skills; able to meet deadlines, learn quickly, work independently and with a team
