As a Plan Manager, Sr on our Retirement Services team at One America, you would join other professionals in servicing for-profit, tax-exempt, and governmental retirement plans. Our focus with each team member is to support professional career opportunities, growth, development, accountability, and teamwork.

Servicing activities would include but are not limited to:
• Proactive outreach to plan sponsors and administrators
• Timely communications on regulatory filings
• Problem solving for plan sponsors and participants
• Partnering with other teams and departments to deliver exceptional internal and external experiences

Responsibilities would also include but are not limited to:
• Helping to enhance the EWA environment by living out the beliefs each day and encouraging Retirement Services team members to do the same
• Providing guidance, instruction and direction to Retirement Services team members to assist them in completing daily tasks
• Preparing and delivering training to Retirement Services team members
• Reviewing procedures and assist with making updates as needed
• Working closely with CMS Directors to help achieve our Key Results
• Leading and/or participating in projects with the ultimate goal of making processes better and more understandable
• Helping Retirement Services team members drive for results and deliver excellent customer service
• Bachelor's Degree, or, Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience in retirement plans or financial accounting, legal, audit, planning, or asset management
• OR 4 years related experience in retirement plans or financial accounting, legal, audit, planning, or asset management
• Experience in retirement plan servicing and cross-tested plan design is strongly preferred
• QKA; QPA; CEBS; RPA; or, CFP® suggested
• Exceptional communications, relationship and influence skills
• Saleforce.com related experience preferred
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple task
• Detail-minded, organized and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize duties and show initiative to complete tasks within required deadlines
• Demonstrated math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Adherence to accuracy and rapid response standards published by department
• Desire to exceed internal and external customer service expectations
