PLAN ADMINISTRATOR II - 19-0230
San Diego, CAAssists Plan Manager with administration of 401(k) plans. Processes daily financial transactions. Communicates with clients and participants. Prepares routine transaction request for Plan Manager to review. Identifies and resolves problems and discrepancies arising in account administration. May attend meetings with clients. Reviews account related documents. Supports other teams.
* position level 1 - 2 commensurate upon experience
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of retirement plan administration or investment experience(mutual funds and stocks) desired.
• Bachelor's degree desired.
• Desire to work in a team environment with goal of continuous learning, quality improvement, efficiency improvement and service skill development.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Ability to prioritize duties, show initiative to complete tasks within required deadlines.
• Ability to be productive on computer and learn new computer software applications.
• Must be willing to work scheduled shift hours and additional hours as required.
• Desire to exceed internal and external customer service needs.
